We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have the right to return items within 30 days of receipt. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Return Policy
For a return to be accepted, the following criteria must be met:

The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused).

All tags are still attached to the product.

The item is in its original packaging.

Important: Returns sent without prior notification or confirmation cannot be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact: Please first send us an email to info@zazroe.com stating the reason for the return.

Photos: In case of defects or damage, please include photos of the product and the packaging.

Instructions: After inspection and approval, we will send you detailed shipping instructions and the return address.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

If the goods are defective upon arrival or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Cancellations
Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In this case, please accept the goods first and then initiate the return process.

5. Exceptions (Excluded from Returns)
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or due to their nature:

Personalized or custom-made items.

Personal care products and cosmetics.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards.

6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
